Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our brand presence, digital marketing activities, and student outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Winchester's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Create engaging content (Arabic and English) including posts, stories, and short-form videos
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting prospective students
  • Coordinate with the consulting team to develop materials, brochures, and presentations
  • Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Strong content creation skills in Arabic and English
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms
  • Creative mindset with a strong visual sense
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design software is preferred
